OSHMI Group's Quality Policy focuses on identifying the needs and requirements of customers and other key stakeholders, planning and implementing quality activities to meet them, and constantly improving its service quality management system in accordance with international standards and Mongolian legislation.

International and Domestic OSH training
Since 2011, we have been conducting OSH training activities legally accredited by the Ministry
of Social Welfare, the Ministry of Labor, the Center for Occupational Health and Safety, and the
National OSH Committee. Currently, we have trained and certified more than 18,000 employees
in more than 700 organizations through OSH training and other thematic programs.
Since 2012, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the International Labor Organization (ILO) have been implementing Internationally Certified OSH programs in line with local laws and standards, providing global education to Mongolian OSH professionals. Currently, more than 3,000 specialists have been trained under the International OSH Training Program.
From 2016 to 2017, with the support of “Oyu Tolgoi” LLC, we developed training programs and materials for Mongolian Vocational training education that meet each of the Australian OSH Certificate Level 3 training standards and Mongolian vocational education standards. In addition, the program was introduced to Dornod, Darkhan and Umnugovi’s Polytechnic Colleges.
In the frame of ISO International Training
Since 2010, OSHMI has provided professional training and support for the implementation of ISO International Standards in Management Systems for enterprises. It has given consulting services to about 50 organizations in more than 20 industries,on-the-job training and consulting to more than 750 ISO team members and more than 5,000 employees.In 2019, we stopped providing ISO consulting services and started working in the field of ISO training and certification audits.
Since 2015, OSHMI has been a PECB-accredited training institution in Mongolia based in Canada, providing internationally certified trainings for ISO standards management system implementers, senior implementers, auditors, and senior auditors.
In the frame of ISO certification audit
“MSCS” LLC, part of the OSHMI Group, is responsible for ISO standard training and certification, and is currently accredited by IAF member JAS-ANZ and IAS organizations in Australia, Canada, Germany, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, and India. It cooperates with certification audit companies as a representative in Mongolia and provides internationally
recognized and high-quality services to more than 20 organizations with domestic and foreign investment.

The company celebrated its 10th anniversary.
In 2019
The annual CSR Leadership Social Responsibility Forum was organized in collaboration with Government of Mongolia and the National Development and Innovation Committee in connection with the Private Sector Participation in Sustainable Development Forum.
Signed in cooperation agreements with ISO certification companies in Australia, India and Singapore.
Started to organize management study tours abroad
Strategic management training and consulting officially started. Registered with the EBRD as a national consultant.
Moved into new office building.

OSHMI IST started the program and now has representatives in 3 provinces.
Started in 2014, the “Safety Leadership Forum has been expanded to become the “CSR Leadership” Social Responsibility Forum and organized successfully for the fourth time.
