OSHMI Group LLC’s advisory team participated in the “Strategic Compliance Planning” workshop organized by the International Labor Organization for GASI labor inspectors on November 17-19, 2021.

35 labor inspectors from the capital city and 13 provinces were attended and the ILO introduced the Strategic Compliance Plan methodology on how to better organize labor inspections. The aim of the workshop is to improve the capacity of GASI labor inspectors in charge of employment, occupational safety and health, social protection of 1.2 million people working in Mongolia, how to effectively improve legal compliance with limited resources, and how to make the 2022 action plan more effective as well as a specially introduced methodology was used for inclusive planning.

We are confident that the GASI team will successfully implement the “Strategic Compliance Planning” methodology introduced by the ILO. Wish the ILO and GASI every success.
